Who is responsible for your information?

Information SBS may receive

When you make an enquiry SBS may receive your name, organisation, business email, telephone number, location, service interest, the content of your message and technical attribution information such as UTM campaign parameters. Do not submit special-category or highly sensitive information through the initial enquiry form.

Why SBS uses it

SBS uses enquiry information to respond, assess whether services fit your requirement, arrange discussions, prepare proposals where requested and manage a prospective or existing business relationship. The appropriate UK GDPR lawful basis depends on the context and may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract and/or SBS's legitimate interests in managing business enquiries and relationships.

Analytics and device storage
